Legal review still required: These notes describe the current free profile beta. Binding terms and service descriptions must be reviewed separately before paid, AI-assisted or document-generation features are introduced.

Current functionality

Proleniq is under development. Users can register an account and manually maintain a private professional master profile containing basic details, projects, skills, professional experience, education, certificates and languages. A text-based PDF or DOCX résumé can also be read locally in the browser. Detected details are added to the master profile only after review and explicit selection. AI analysis, document generation, public profiles, sharing with recruiters and payment functions are not currently available.

Résumé import

Automatic recognition is an input aid and can classify information incorrectly or incompletely. Users must review every detail before importing it. The original file is not uploaded or stored as a document. Scanned PDFs and images are not supported. Choosing “Replace” can remove existing records in the selected profile section and replace them with the confirmed import drafts, so this choice requires particular care.

Accuracy and responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy, currency and lawfulness of their entries. This version of Proleniq does not verify professional statements, qualifications or project achievements. Profiles must not contain misleading information.

Confidential and third-party information

Enter or import only information you are legally entitled to use. Trade secrets, internal project documents, credentials, health data and other particularly sensitive personal information must not be included in the import or profile. Client names should be anonymised where confidentiality or non-disclosure obligations apply. Third-party personality, copyright, trademark and confidentiality rights must be respected.

Private profile and backups

The master profile is not public and is not shared automatically. Users should nevertheless retain their own copies of important professional information. Despite appropriate technical measures, uninterrupted and error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

Account and deletion

Login credentials must be kept confidential. If unauthorised access is suspected, the password should be changed immediately. Users can edit or delete individual profile entries and initiate deletion of their account. The privacy notice explains the effects of technical backups and statutory retention obligations.

Planned features and prices

AI features, document exports, prices and usage allowances shown on the home page are non-binding planning information. No contract for paid services can be concluded through this version of the website.
